You'll collaborate closely with project teams to ensure costs are tightly controlled and value is delivered, every time.
Your key responsibilities will include: Establishing project budgets and monitoring costs to keep projects profitable Preparing detailed monthly progress claims, financial forecasts, and final accounts Managing subcontractor agreements, payments, and variations Producing comprehensive financial reports Analyzing and mitigating commercial risks Driving the team to deliver projects on time and on budget What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor A strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects The ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for detail Ready for a Change?
