Senior Quantity Surveyor

Grada Recruitment are partnered with a top tier construction company in Auckland to help them secure a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy QS & Estimating team!
This role is to take the lead on, and assist with various high profile commercial construction projects in the Auckland region from $20m - $50m in value.

Basic salary from $150K - $180K depending on experience Company fuel card for business and personal use Fully subsidised medical insurance scheme Yearly pay reviews upon performance KiwiSaver contributions Progression pathway About the role Work on a variety of Commercial projects from $20M to $100M Projects in Commercial, Education, Retail, Public Sector & Aged Care New build, refurb/extensions & fit-outs Some early contractor involvement (ECI) projects Working in a team of 10+ Quantity Surveyors Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Skills & Experience Required Must have 7 or more years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on medium to large Commercial Construction projects Proven track record leading all commercial aspects of a complex project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to cost management.
