Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prominent national main contractor with a huge depth of construction expertise and project delivery history is now looking for a high-performing Senior level Quantity Surveyor (QS). They are one of the most reputable commercial builders with a solid pipeline of work. Projects span large multi-residential, healthcare, mixed-use, datacentres, and complex vertical builds to over $200M.They offer a well-structured working environment allowing growth, with the role being a mix of office and site-based. They have key projects under construction or in the pipeline that require an additional Senior QS.Key components of this role involve:Tender preparation and analysisBills of quantitiesCost managementSubcontractor managementProgress claims and assessing variationsAs a background, you are an experienced commercial quantity surveyor with at least 10+ years coming from a main contractor with a relevant tertiary degree and larger project exposure. You are practical, have an eye for detail, are adaptable, and can confidently liaise across a range of stakeholders.
