This company have a fantastic track record of delivering High-end Apartments, Aged Care, Commercial and Industrial construction projects in across New Zealand from $20M to $100M+ WHATS ON OFFER?Basic salary from $150K to $180K per annum.Minimum once yearly performance-based salary review.Medical healthcare insurance scheme / policy.KiwiSaver contributions.Phone and laptop.ABOUT THE ROLETake the lead as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a $50M+ apartment / house build in Auckland!Manage all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for apartment new builds exceeding $50 million in value.Lead the tendering process, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effective project delivery.Administer contracts, handle variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations to protect the project's financial interests.Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis to track project performance and inform decision-making.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
