Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team based in Auckland, with a clear progression path to the role of Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring financial control and accountability.
Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Project Planning: Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules. Provide input on cost estimates and project timelines.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with project costs, contracts, and timelines. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including cost-to-complete estimates, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:
