With a full work pipeline, this contractor is now ready to bring on board an additional senior QS.The Role:Reporting to the commercial manager and liaising with the project manager, you will be responsible for:Administration of subcontractor contractsMonitoring subcontractors to ensure they are undertaking works in accordance with contractual obligationsAnalysing costs, variations, and final accountsClient meetings and resolving issuesLiaising across multiple stakeholdersYour Background:You will need to be a degree or diploma qualified Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years' experience on New Zealand projects over $20M in value gained with a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor. You will need to have a positive attitude and be a team player. Your ability to manage relationships with colleagues, project managers, engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and tradespeople will allow you to become a valued member of the project team.
