Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Main Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Construction We have an exciting Senior Quantity Surveyor position in Hamilton with a progressive and forward-thinking commercial main contractor. They have several upcoming projects in the Waikato and are looking to add you to their nationwide team of 200 motivated and valued professionals.
This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum (DOE) plus a company vehicle. You'll benefit from job security, growth opportunities within the company and industry, and the chance to work on diverse and interesting projects across the North Island.
To be considered, you should have experience as the lead QS on projects valued at $10M or more. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing tenders and trade packagesMeasuring projects and reviewing subcontract quotationsLetting contracts and negotiating with subcontractorsManaging valuations, variations, and tender analysisGeneral contract administration and attending site meetingsAdministering progress claims, payments, and final accountingReporting information to subcontractors and ensuring Head Contract Agreement complianceMentoring and training Junior and Intermediate QSs to support team developmentIf you're looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit.
