With a secure and stable pipeline of work, we can now focus on your career development.Who we are looking for:Reporting to our Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of projects, setting and monitoring budgets, reviewing cost to complete, programming review, progress claims and variations, and financial reporting and systems.You will be a key member of our family and get to work with some of New Zealand's most knowledgeable and accomplished construction professionals on exciting projects happening in Auckland right now.To be considered for this role you will have:A minimum of 7-12 years' experience working on commercial construction projectsA Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar relevant qualificationGreat teamwork and people skills. You'll be comfortable working with a wide range of people including clients, consultants and senior management.Excellent NZ contract law knowledge.Excellent financial literacy and exposure to Jobpac or a similar financial control package would be highly desirable.Advanced computer literacy; particularly in Excel.Why HawkinsHawkins is an industry leader in the delivery of construction projects.
