You can count on: The clients: A juicy portfolio of blue-chip clients from hot start-ups to iconic household favourites across FMCG, tourism, health/pharma, QSR.The projects: Quantitative Research + Online Communities, with the opportunity for some qualitative work.Key Responsibilities: Develop client relationships that thrive and endure.Define key business challenges and shape quantitative research studies.Immerse yourself in client's business to establish a credible base of knowledge.Manage quantitative and mixed methodology projects, including working with a key online community.Run smaller projects independently & contribute to larger complex projects with the team.Design surveys and juggle several projects at one time.Dig into data sets to interpret meaningful, commercially relevant insights.Take responsibility for designing client-ready presentations.Desirable skills: A tertiary education preferably related to marketing or statistics.Prior research agency experience is essential.A minimum of 1.5/2 years for the Strategist level and 3/4 years experience at Senior Strategist level.Experience of ad hoc and continuous quantitative research projects.Experience in developing surveys, project management, analysing and integrating data (SPSS/Q).A strategic mindset and an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with business solutions and opportunities.A positive energy and enthusiasm to be part of a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive culture.Benefits: Flexible working, lovely office, personalised training and development plans, wellbeing initiatives, knowledge sharing, extra holiday.
