As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll contribute to solution planning and delivery, optimization of systems quality and service. This role provides rostered 24x7 on-call support for systems related issues within the team's responsibilities.Who are you?You will work closely with our wider Technology Services team using your awareness and experience of agile architecture frameworks, documentation and modelling. You will be required to have a hands-on attitude, demonstrate strong leader ability and proven facilitation and negotiation skills.Your responsibilities will also include:Ensure security, performance and data integrity standards are upheld.Lead the definition and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria.Actively contribute to quality assurance and user acceptance testing activitiesContribute to the training and education of peers, business units and stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you'll need:5+ years' experience as a Test Automation Engineer.3+ years' automation testing within cross-functional Agile TeamsBachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated commercial experience in API-Led web & mobile app ecosystems.Who are we?At TSB our people are at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to developing and encouraging our people to achieve their goals.We have our new employee Benefit Boost package for our TSB whanau.
