The Opportunity As a Senior QA Analyst within the Professional Services team your skills will be used across a wide breadth of challenging projects. Key Responsibilities: Strong background in testing of D365 CRM Customer Engagement and Field Service management. Create and execute test plans, scripts to validate the system functionality and performance. Use your experience to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate user stories into test scenarios. Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and procedures to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and communicate software defects and issues to the development team using the issue tracking systems. Perform regression testing to ensure that software defects are resolved, and new features are implemented correctly. Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of testing. Requirement: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst specifically with D365 CRM Customer Engagement and Field Service management is highly desirable. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and attention to detail. Demonstrated expertise in test and release management.
