Job:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding, high-performing property management family. We are looking for a full-time experienced senior property manager to join our team based primarily in our Wellington city office. The ideal candidate will bring their existing skillset along with the willingness to learn and develop themselves further. You would have some experience in property management, lease/contract management, client relationship management, and/or property sector experience.
in this role, you will be coming in to manage an existing portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties (100-140)
Work closely with our business development team and leasing team
Working with our in-house Matterport marketing team
Delivering a high level of customer service
Completing detailed inspection videos/reports
Managing client accounts and expenditure
Liaising with our internal and external maintenance teams
Working alongside other areas of the wider Tommy's group.
Skills:
Prior experience with property (either leasing, selling, or investing)
Strong financial acumen and numeracy skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the property management or leasing sector
Level 4 Residential Property Management Qualification (preferred, willingness to obtain within first 12 months)
Ability to travel – this is not a desk job

Requirements:
Full New Zealand Driver's License.
New Zealand residency.
Tertiary qualification or equivalent
