Senior Property Manager - Najib Real Estate

This role will be an incredibly varied, stimulating, busy, and important one, as Najib Real Estate seeks to achieve its goals and growth objectives, and will be well-suited to someone with prior property management experience. As a Property Manager at Najib, you will be responsible for working very closely with our clients, both current and prospective, by completing a range of tasks and projects when it comes to leasing and renting property. Through doing this, you will gain experience in many facets of the organisation, and be involved greatly in its growth.
An experienced Property Manager will play an integral role in Najib Property Management's rapid growth, and will be a role that is incredibly rewarding. Najib takes a fresh and committed approach to its fast-growing property management department, and we are looking for an absolute superstar, willing to help out everywhere and try everything, and commit to our vision. Ideally, you will have had 2 years' experience in the property management industry, and/or have completed study in this area.
The successful applicant will receive full on-the-job training from our skilled and knowledgeable team, to go alongside your existing knowledge, when it comes to assisting our valued owners and tenants, and communicating with our valued clients and customers in the Najib way.

Property Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Daily reconciliation of rent/bond received
Follow up any missed rents and issue breach notices
Monitor Property Management emails and respond accordingly
Report any breaches of tenant responsibilities
Advertise rental properties online
Receive and review applications for rental properties
Complete background/credit checks on potential tenants
Shortlist potential tenants for the landlord
Complete tenancy agreements
Process and document bond payments
Complete tribunal applications
Monitor tenant renewals
Monitor maintenance requests
Arrange maintenance with suppliers

We require applicants to have permanent work rights in New Zealand
We require applicants to have a full driver's licence, as the role will require use of company vehicles

Working Conditions
You will join the driven, goal oriented, and growth-minded team at Najib Real Estate. This is a full-time position, with the hours being 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as required.
