Senior Property Analyst

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Property Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role, with the potential for a permanent position. Join the team to help enhance the operational efficiency and performance of our clients' property and asset management. About the Role: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor property performance. Drive improvements in property and asset management processes. Leverage tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint to enhance systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse data and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Review and establish property-related reporting systems. Identify and document end-to-end workflows and processes. Prepare project status reports, presentations, and oversee work logs. Champion data analytics and reporting, leading change across internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in property. Expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven skills in business planning, data analysis, and process documentation. A solid understanding of property-related legislation and policy in government.
