You will be an experienced and motivated Project Manager, providing senior leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects. You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running! You will be responsible for: Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate Manage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors Champion health and safety Work alongside managers and stakeholders Skills and experience that will ensure your success: Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience Proven experience in managing water, utilities, roading, and other civil construction projects Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget Experience managing a diverse team and range of projects What we offer: HEB offers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
