As Senior Project Manager or Project Manager, you won't just manage projects - you'll lead them to success. Your leadership will drive projects to exceed expectations, whether they're multimillion-dollar ventures or complex, smaller-scale undertakings. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing team through challenging projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are surpassed. Own the project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation to execution, ensuring flawless delivery. Deliver excellence by setting and surpassing benchmarks in every aspect of the project. Ready to make an impact on the future of infrastructure? This is your chance to lead innovative projects that matter. This role will be based in Auckland. Do You Have What It Takes? A University degree, min. Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years in civil construction. Proven experience managing projects over $30 million in NZ, AU, or the UK. Progressed from Site Engineer to Project Manager, with strong experience in diverse, high-responsibility roles. Expertise in financial management, including cost reporting and contract management. Leadership skills: High integrity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for safety and excellence. A collaborative leader with experience building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning with senior leadership. Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test. Current and valid rights to work in New Zealand.
