You'll work closely with the Head of Capital Programmes Delivery, Department Heads, and Project Management team to plan, execute, and nail down internal projects.As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:· Completing internal projects/jobs from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.· Developing and managing project plans· Tracking and reporting on project progress· Communicating with project stakeholders· Solving project problems· Oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyAs the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:· Completing internal projects/jobs from initiate initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.· Developing and managing project plans· Tracking and reporting on project progress· Communicating with project stakeholders· Solving project problems· Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to project managers and project teams, fostering their professional growth and development to enhance overall project performance.· Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing complex projects with large budgets, and higher stakes to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining focus on project objectives and organisational priorities.What you'll bring to the role:As Project Manager:· Tertiary qualification in project management, or related field or at least 5 years relevant experience· Minimum 5 years of experience in managing small to medium projects· Competent in MS Suite· Competent in Project Management Software· Experience and understanding of financial management, budget management and reporting· Strong organisational and time management skills.· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAs Senior Project Manager:· Tertiary qualification in project management· Minimum 10 years of experience in managing medium to large projects· Competent in MS Suite· Competent in Project Management Software· Experience and understanding of financial management, budget management and reporting· Strong organisational and time management skills.· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWe have put together a bunch of perks to support our culture of connection and fun.
