Key Roles:
Manage project teams & ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Plan & implement schedules, budgets, procurement
Coordinate with clients/stakeholders, build relationships
Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations
Monitor progress, identify & mitigate risks
Report project status to facilitate decision-making
Must Haves:
Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree
Large project experience - roads, drainage, infrastructure, rail
Project mgmt skills - methodologies, contracts, risk, quality
Budgeting, program mgmt, procurement expertise
Leadership, communication, stakeholder mgmt abilities
Technical proficiency - PM tools, local codes/regulations
Chartered CE or working towards
