The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project managing the development of the ECM Implementation business project and associated deliverables.
This role requires functional mastery in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk management, financial management, benefits management, reporting and documentation, to ensure successful project outcomes.
The full salary range for this role is $124,674 - $168,676 per annum total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The midpoint is $146,675 – We expect to hire depending on your level of experience.
We'd like to hear from you if you are experienced with the following skills and experience:
Experience in or affinity for managing business change projects with a significant data or information component. A number of years (8+) of successful project delivery of complex projects. A natural collaborator - collaborating well with peers and contributing to a better project management practice. Ability to empathise with the business is a must. Must be able to demonstrate that they are outcome oriented and meet timelines and deliverables/objectives required within budget. Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of tikanga (Maori customs and protocols), with the ability to weave te ao Maori (the Maori worldview) into your work. If you are just starting on this journey that's OK too – as long as you have a willingness to learn and a desire to develop your cultural capability.
