Mo te turanga - About the role As a Senior Project Manager in our Technology Delivery Practice, you'll play a key role in providing senior-level project planning, management and oversight across a range of initiatives and Technology changes, ensuring projects are closely aligned to strategic priorities and are delivered across the business successfully. You'll support the coordination of resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work, while providing structure and leadership to a broad, multi-disciplined project team. Ka aha to ra e kite ai? - What will your day look like As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Provide senior oversight and lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of large and complex technology projects and/or key pieces of work within large programmes.Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer.Work collaboratively with third party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer.Operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.Operate with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery.Support and contribute to Project Governance deliverables including project progress reporting and escalations.Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.Apply sound project management principles and work within the ANZ Delivery Frameworks.Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive technical project management experience.Communication skills; ability to articulate messages and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.Ability to collaborate, negotiate with, and influence people.Deep familiarity with software delivery frameworks and controls to deliver technology solutions.Ability to build and form strong relationships and teams.Broad project management/organisational skills; excellent time management and planning skills.Adaptability and flexibility; especially key in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and ambiguity.Proven experience across all project management methodologies and ability to adapt those methodologies to suit each project.Ability to actively listen, use judgement and make sound decisions.Ability to coach, mentor and build capability across multi-disciplined project teams.Experience in any of the following areas will be highly advantageous: ATM Compliance, PCI/Schemes Compliance, Card Switch.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
