Reporting to the Manager Application Development and Delivery, this position has the purpose of driving delivery of NZQA business solutions.
You will work 37.5 hours a week forming and leading a fixed term team for up to 12 months, focused on stabilising our internal legacy systems.
You will need to understand the stakeholder demands, risks and technical issues associated with a legacy platform, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, meeting all stakeholders' expectations.

Skills and experience We are keen to hear from you if you have: * Strong stakeholder management skills.
The ability to engage and influence various stakeholders * Excellent coordination skills, keeping track of concurrent delivery of multiple initiatives * Good mix of business and IT project delivery, with strong change management expertise * Motivation, with the ability to stand up a focused team and deliver against existing initiatives * Experience in navigating ambiguity in delivering best possible outcomes * Good grasp of the activities in NZQA that support the NCEA cycle is preferred * We are looking for an experienced fixed term project manager who is looking for a serious challenge.

Qualifications Essential: A qualification at level 7 of the New Zealand Qualifications Framework in either Business or Information Management, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
