Senior Project Manager

If you are passionate about construction, ready to take on new challenges, and wanting to work with a value based organisation then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.Team Coordination: Liaise with Site Managers, Sales, Pre-Construction, and Production teams.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, address issues, and ensure financial targets are met.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Construction Manager.Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and compliance with NZ building codes.Health & Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment on all project sites.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, with proven experience on $5M+ projects in medium density and multi units.Ideally, you have a background in building, which naturally earns you respect onsite because you genuinely know what you're talking about.Your a role your sleeves up leader but you know when to step away and delegate to empower your Site ManagersYou have worked on commercial builds in the past which means there's nothing you won't be prepared forYou have a keen ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.You're a values driven team player with a collaborative mindset, always ready to pitch in and support the team.If you're a seasoned Project Manager with a knack for keeping projects on track and within budget, we want to hear from you.
