This role requires the ability to successfully drive multiple projects to completion through a hands-on approach.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to the Operations Manager.Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.Liaise with Project Managers and company leadership to ensure project success.Oversee all operational activities and contribute to the delivery of strategic organisational projects.Drive projects to completion through proactive and hands-on involvement.Coordinate and ensure all aspects of onsite Health and Safety systems and procedures are maintained to the highest standards.Qualifications and Experience:Extensive background in construction, preferably in demolition.Proven track record of strong, inspiring, and positive leadership.Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Civil Engineering is highly advantageous.Ability to think quickly and strategically to propel projects forward.Demonstrated transparency, trustworthiness, honesty, and ethical behaviour.Knowledge of asset management, local authority functions, and relevant laws.High level of IT competency.Cooperative attitude with a strong concern for others and a socially oriented work style.Creativity and alternative thinking skills to enhance organisational strategies, direction, and goals.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Health insurance coverage after 6 months of employment.Birthday leave to celebrate your special day.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.If this sounds like something your interested in, hit the apply now button TODAY.
