Senior Project Manager

Octa effectively manages small scale as well as large commercial, public, environmental, industrial, healthcare, utility and technology projects. We require a Senior level Project Manager to cover the Napier Region. Ideal Candidate: Relevant tertiary qualification. BE, BBSc, CPEng, and/or Te Reo speakers an advantage. At least 10 years' experience in the Commercial, Infrastructure or Industrial construction industry. Preferably at least 10 years in Project Management, Construction Management, or Contracts Management. Client-side consultancy and multi-sector experience an advantage. Existing network in the construction industry. Skills: Stakeholder Management/Engagement Sound computer literacy, MS Office Suite. Report Writing. Excellent Communicator (verbal and written). Self-starter focused on exceeding Client's expectations. Adaptable and keen to learn new skills and applications to solve complex problems.
