As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all projects from conception and design to development and implementation. You will be tasked with planning and prioritizing all deliverables while simultaneously coordinating with different departments across multiple projects. This role is also client-facing, so you need to be ready to manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes. You will be the eyes and ears when it comes to creating detailed project requirements (creative, multimedia, etc.), including drawing up creative briefs, staff plans, roadmaps, and budgets. Experience conducting and leading kick-off and status meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams is a must. You should have a strong understanding of web, social, mobile, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to develop and implement a project-management methodology. You can go toe-to-toe with designers, and you have working knowledge of Figma or Smartsheet. Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
