You will have demonstrable knowledge of programme and project management tools and techniques, hold a bachelor's degree, and attained professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM).You will also have:Recent payroll system implementation experience, particularly Dayforce experience.Results-oriented professional with experience in agile project management.Ability to respond to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Financial literacy to forecast and manage project budgets.A great personality and ability to work effectively in a larger team while supporting a Payroll Subject Matter Expert.Ability to influence and build productive relationships with providers and stakeholders.A high level of skills in project planning and control, including the use of online delivery tools.An effective problem solver and strong communicator.Good understanding of IT environments and the software lifecycle, with experience managing software and infrastructure projects.An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.Mahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work WithYou will be part of our Portfolio Management and Delivery practice, sitting within the wider Digital Services team.
