Workflow is increasing, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.
With the size, scale, and complexity of projects coming up it is essential that our next Senior Project Manager is driven, proactive and has exceptional communication skills; their personal values will align with ours.
About the opportunity Reporting directly to the National Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of key commercial projects.
Travel will be involved, and a company vehicle will be part of the package.
Taking a values-based approach and with a high degree of professionalism, you will take ownership of the delivery of projects, engage with on-site contractors, and place a real emphasis on driving everyone to get the job completed.
You will be responsible for leading our sub-contractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
You will need to be able to utilize your technical knowledge and people management skills, as well as have a client-focused approach, to ensure that both business and client objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and to the Tuatara Structures' standard.
Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered to at all times.
A high level of programming and planning.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, including any issues or delays.
Be accountable for contract administration including reporting, project programming, resourcing the project, project consents, and ensuring project changes and document variations are recorded and actioned.
Support the contractual and financial performance of key projects.
About you You will have: Proven commercial construction project management experience, successfully delivering projects of $10 - $45 million.
Proficient in Procore and other relevant IT tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Initiative and the confidence to use this.
Above all, you know the meaning of a team and enjoy working in collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
