Senior Project Manager

Join our team in a leadership position where you will drive Design and Build projects from concept to completion, supporting your project team along the way.With a focus on the financial elements of the job, this is not a straightforward PM opportunity. If you have a background in Project Management and Quantity Surveying, then you are what we're looking for.We offer a competitive pay scale around $170-190k + vehicle, rewarding you for the work you do. You will join a team where you will be a leader, helping to drive our positive and down-to-earth culture.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Build and maintain professional relationships, especially with clients, subcontractors, and the site team.Ensure positive financial outcomes on projects by working closely with the QS team, where you will be the decision maker guiding the QSs.Work closely on contract negotiations, the programme timeline, and changes during the course of the build.Successfully execute the delivery of projects, managing a high-performing site-based team while considering the long-term approach our client has to business and construction.This is a Senior Project Management position, so we require prior experience in delivering commercial projects in NZ, ideally design and build projects that exceed $15 million.To Apply:Please apply online or email/call Darren A'Court at (email protected) or call 021 246 6013 for a confidential chat.
