Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities will include interfacing with the Group's engineering, technology, and production teams, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other internal resources on these and other major projects. Other duties involve managing projects and leading a focused team of project staff to ensure successful outcomes to complex projects. These are varied and interesting projects and involve intricate designs, construction contracts, state-of-the-art systems, but above all, the ability to lead projects and deliver profitable results successfully is paramount. Applicants must possess: Previous complex, technically challenging engineering and construction experience is required along with relevant tertiary qualifications (BE) preferred. Further qualifications in project management and demonstrated experience in a leadership role in projects are critical, as is the ability to relate with all types of people involved in the industry and external organizations. Strong and realistic financial, commercial, and contractual attributes are a prerequisite.
