Senior Project Manager

Company Redpath Partners are working with an established Design & Build Construction Group that has a strong focus on delivering exceptional projects to the scale of $100m. Over the past decade this business has experienced significant growth and expanded into various sectors including mixed-use commercial, industrial and civic developments. Role With ongoing project demand comes the requirement to add a Senior Project Manager to provide ownership over a portfolio of projects. As a Senior Project Manager you will oversee initial design, right through to construction delivery and project completion. Key Tasks Will Include Overseeing the delivery of projects ranging in scale and complexity Project planning, coordination and programme Documentation, scheduling, and progress reporting Full cost management including budgeting, cost control and forecasting Stakeholder engagement and working closely with the client Leadership of project and site-based teams as required including other project managers Requirements This role requires an experienced Senior Project Manager that has previously worked for a vertical main contractor in New Zealand or Australia. Essential experience includes a minimum of 10 years construction experience with at least 8 years as a Project Manager leading project portfolios greater than $50m. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required with the ability to lead teams, build relationships with clients, and engage with all stakeholders.
