We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a significant consented project valued at $40 million. Join our team in a leadership position. In this role you will oversee all aspects of the project, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the project team, engaging with the contractor, Engineers, Architects and the client. Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. To be successful in this role we require: Engineering, Construction Management, or related Tertiary Education. Proven experience of delivering projects from a consulting/client side ideally with experience working on site over $10mill in New Zealand. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Positive attitude and drive to grow and succeed. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
