Join a leading construction consultancy based in Auckland, specializing in vertical build projects.Role Overview:As a Senior Project Manager, you'll spearhead project management activities across all phases of the project lifecycle. With your 8+ years of experience and transferable skills, you'll bring fresh perspectives and drive excellence in project delivery. From pre-project planning to close-out, you'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Typical project values range from $20M to $200M.Key Responsibilities:Utilize your expertise in local and central government processes, including Resource and Building Consents, and land development processes.Lead pre-project planning and business case preparation to ensure project viability.Conduct thorough analysis of project feasibility, both financially and timewise.Guide projects from initiation to close-out, including defect remediation management and lessons learned.Prepare and manage Project Execution Plans (PEP) and other project monitoring and reporting tools.Oversee design and quality assurance management processes.Manage risks, programs, and commercial and financial aspects of projects with precision.Requirements:8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consultancy or related sectors.Proven track record of successfully managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.Expertise in local and central government processes related to project management.Strong analytical skills to assess project viability and mitigate risks effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, please contact Oliver directly or apply via the advert.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
