Contract/TempWe have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with proven successful delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two critical integration projects, including the implementation of a PDF Render, Present, and Store solution and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and customer communication, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage project planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.Engage with senior stakeholders and external vendors to align on project goals and progress.Oversee the design and integration of the PDF Render and Marketing Cloud solutions with core systems.Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee unit/system testing and manage deployment into test environments and production.Provide support during hypercare and manage the decommissioning of legacy systems.What You Will Bring:Experience: At least 5 years in project management with a track record of managing complex projects.Technical Expertise: Experience with CRM, billing systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PDF rendering solutions.Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage senior business leaders and external vendors to deliver projects successfully.Delivery Methodologies: Familiarity with traditional and agile methodologies and tools like MS Project, Jira, ADO, and Confluence.Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging diverse audiences.Team Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage both internal and external resources effectively.Why Join Us?You'll play a key role in a high-impact transformation programme, contributing to a better customer experience.Apply Now!If you're ready to lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
