It also incluces interfaces & collaboration with other partner agencies including and not limited to Auckland Emergency Management, ASM, Metservice, Auckland Council etc.Establishing programme oversight of EMIP and developing programme cadence.Progress and performance reporting to ATOC's Joint Management Board and other leadership forumsWorking collaboratively with multitude of teams and groups across AT, Waka Kotahi and other partner agencies to identify solutions to implement EMIP recommendations.Leading and engaging in development of project management best practice and project/ programme management framework within EMIPManaging assigned budgets for EMIP and applying fiscal stewardshipA strong communicator and influencer, with excellent analytical and delivery skills combined with sound judgment and good decision-making processes.
