We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large CRM projects, ideally based in Wellington but also considering candidates from Auckland or Christchurch. This pivotal role involves managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. In this role you'll establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to understand and meet their needs throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will guide project teams to foster collaboration and high performance, working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to improve project methodologies and delivery practices. Identifying and mitigating project risks, managing changes effectively, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in deliverables are key aspects of this role. We are looking for experience in vendor-side consulting, delivery, and project management, with at least 5 years in complex Project Management. PRINCE2 certification is advantageous. Essential qualifications include full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation experience, familiarity with Agile methodologies for enterprise applications, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and SharePoint will give you an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and robust risk and change management capabilities are crucial.
