Working alongside a fantastic team of project managers, within our Enterprise Model partnership, this role is focused on design delivery.
You will be managing the production of quality, constructable designs, within prescribed budgets and timeframes. There is a strong stakeholder management aspect to this position as you will be working with various internal business units, and managing external design and construction partners to produce safe, environmentally conscious solutions that meet the business needs for growth, resilience or renewal.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy building relationships across the business and have a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an exceptional planning and organisation ability. Your skills will also include:
Strong experience in infrastructure, and a background in contract management and programme deliveryA sound understanding and appreciation of the workings and functions of local government, including current and future business drivers and statutory requirementsExcellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailSolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret different sources of information.We offer a competitive salary and staff benefits package including:
