About the role: As our Senior Project Manager, you'll find yourself at the forefront of exciting projects, with the chance to make a real impact and shape the future of construction.

You'll oversee complex and challenging projects, ensuring that every aspect – from quality and budget to client satisfaction – exceeds expectations.
The role will encompass comprehensive project planning , resource allocation, and seamless coordination to drive projects from inception to completion.
Your primary objective is to surpass benchmarks in quality, budget adherence, timeline management, and client satisfaction .
This includes overseeing single projects upwards of $30 million or managing multiple smaller complex endeavors concurrently.

Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years of experience within the civil construction sector You boast a proven track record : demonstrating repeated success in managing civil projects exceeding $30 million, encompassing civil, structural, and 3 waters infrastructure across regions such as NZ, AU, and the UK.
You have earned your credentials : progressing from Site Engineer to Project Manager, you have consistently shown readiness for diverse responsibilities and excel in on-site environments.
You possess a methodical mindset : balancing meticulous attention to detail with a comprehensive strategic perspective.
You excel in financial management : proficient in cost reporting and contract programme management, you ensure efficient project delivery.
You embody professionalism and credibility : characterised by high personal integrity and emotional intelligence.
As a proficient leader, you foster a robust safety culture and adeptly navigate project KPIs.
You are a collaborative leader : skilled in cultivating stakeholder relationships and experienced in collaborating with Senior Leadership Team members.
You champion open communication, ensuring seamless alignment with our organisational vision.
