You will be the one driving the projects all the way through including full cost control management and site team leadership.Key responsibilities of the role include:Proactively work with the client to understand their needs and business driversEngage and manage consultants to develop detailed designProduce timely and accurate reportingMonitor project progress, resolve issues, ensure compliance & best practiceActively manage project budgetsContribute/Produce project programmes, including, master programme, construction programme and rolling programmes.About You:You will be a proven leader who will add value and continuously strive for the best.
