The Job Based in either Cromwell, Alexandra, or Wanaka, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with residential and/or high-end architectural experience and capable of running multiple projects at a time.
You will enjoy working on a variety of projects from community-focused work to architecturally designed homes.
Our Project Managers are based throughout Otago and are an integral part of the construction team, with each person taking responsibility for overseeing, managing and reporting on the progress of their individual projects.
As a Project Manager you'll be responsible for carrying out the management, planning, implementation, reporting and checking on all on-site construction personnel and activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget without compromising quality.
You will require experience and skills in managing health & safety, client relationships, construction methodology, program planning, contract administration and overseeing site management.
About you We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in construction with direct experience in residential project management in the NZ building industry.
You'll have a proven track record of managing successful commercial and residential construction projects.
In addition, you'll have awesome communication skills and a great approach to building relationships with others, as well as experience planning and scheduling workloads and crews.
Familiarity with Procore will be an advantage, as will a high degree of competency with project management systems and processes.
