Senior Project Manager (Bop)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Civil Construction team in the Bay of Plenty. You will be an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager, providing leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects. You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running!
HEB will provide a friendly and supportive team environment, with the beautiful Bay providing a great lifestyle.
You will be responsible for:

Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction
Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate
Managing and motivating effective project teams and sub-contractors
Championing health and safety
Working alongside managers and stakeholders

Skills and experience that will ensure your success:

Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience
Proven experience in managing water, utilities, roading, earthworks, land development, and other civil construction projects
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others
Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget
Experience managing a diverse team and range of projects
