The Higgins Auckland team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Asphalt Paving Division.
Extensive knowledge and experience delivering Asphalt Paving Projects, along with airport project delivery experience, is essential. Our Paving Division has a strong pipeline of work and is on track to lay 20,000-30,000 tonnes of asphalt. We are looking for an experienced PM who can drive project delivery and lead a team of engineers and QA technicians.

What you'll bring to the role: 10+ years Project Management Experience with extensive Asphalt Paving knowledge
Proven experience delivering Paving Projects with Airport project delivery experience
In-depth knowledge of aggregates, with a technical understanding of these materials and their applications
You will be confident leading a team of Project Engineers and QA Technicians.
Sound financial management, budget management and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable communicating at all levels including with Higgins senior leaders, clients and external stakeholders
Civil Engineering Degree or similar
Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act and the knowledge to apply NZS3910 is desirable
