Senior Project Manager – A-Grade Construction Limited

You'll play a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, working closely with our director and talented team. If you are an experienced project manager who knows how to lead by example and bring out the best in people, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals.Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.Managing project progress and adapting work as required.Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.Drafting, submitting and reviewing project tenders.Conducting project reviews and collating detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.Negotiating with clients, property developers and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety.Arranging building inspections with local authorities.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within the residential and commercial sectors.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.A passion for building and a commitment to high standards quality and safety.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Good sense of humour.A drive to achieve success and contribute to the growth of A-Grade Construction Limited.Why Join Us: We offer a company vehicle, a health and well-being package, competitive industry rates, and a supportive work environment.How to Apply:If you're interested in joining a growing company with a dynamic team, please submit your CV and cover letter, or call us directly on 027 265 2624.
