You will be taking the lead on:
Overseeing the coordination and delivery of medium to large sized projects
Providing management support to site operations and crews
Manage new business opportunities through close liaison with clients
Actively managing tenders
You will have the following skills and experience:
Ability to lead and guide a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients
A minimum of 7 - 10 years' project engineer experience
Be commercially savvy with sound financial management skills
Track record of delivering profitable projects both in the office and the field
Adept at managing contractors, suppliers and project logistics
A proven track record in delivering project results that consistently meet client, company, and statutory requirements
Ability to manage projects up to the value of 5 million dollars
To be considered and succeed in this role you will have:
A relevant technical background (oil & gas, energy, engineering, or heavy industry)
A demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
Ability to travel to other locations in New Zealand to complete projects as required
A current legal right to work in New Zealand
