You will also need to have:5+ years' experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or Escalation Support position.Proven technical experience with Physical Servers and SAN's, VMware, VoIP, and Core Microsoft Stack (M365, RDS, AD, SQL).Confident project leader, with evidence of providing technical leadership and delivery to clients.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a large MSP environment and/or the healthcare sector would be advantageous.A positive, can-do attitude, motivated to go above and beyond.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Working out of the Whangarei office, you will be focused on designing solutions, managing projects across teams, and being hands-on with technical delivery. It will be your responsibility to ensure internal and external cloud platforms meet performance and reliability standards, and provide technical leadership for platform issues. You will lead any Problem Management investigations and work with the IT Team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
