In this role, you will be assisting projects across a wide and varied network including Correctional Facilities, Leased and Owned Office space, and residential-like homes/units.
The key deliverable of this role will be to support the drive of capital projects/programmes through the corrections initiative lifecycle where you'll utilise your experience to assist the Project Managers to scope, define and plan projects and draft the investment business cases for governance.
Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises.
The group comprises three key areas: Asset Management, Public Private Partnerships, and Digital.
As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will contribute to creating a positive and high-performing project environment while supporting the team in embedding inclusion, diversity, and professional development practices.
Minimum Requirements: The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality project coordination support for the Project Delivery Planning Team.
The role will also be required to write high-quality funding papers, A3 briefs, and other project delivery documentation required to obtain funding approvals and adhere to the programme/project management framework.Excellent interpersonal skills and proven negotiation experience, including the ability to influence and build consensus across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in skilfully identifying risks and issues and successfully implementing plans to resolve these to ensure project delivery.Experience within P3M3, change, benefits framework, and drafting investment cases.The mid-point of the salary range is $106,789 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $90,771 - $128,147 per annum.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
