Come and join our team!About the RoleAs a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and drive quality assurance processes to meet our high standards. You will also join a fun, supportive team with an experienced leader to guide and learn from. Projects currently managed by the team include the NZ Health Survey, NZ Crime and Victims Survey and NZ Household Travel Survey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations.Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.Track and manage project deliverables, risks, and budgets using tools like Asana or Trello.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare progress reports, and contribute to RFPs.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and ethical guidelines.What We're Looking ForExperience: 3+ years in project coordination, ideally within a related industry.Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.Skills: Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management tools.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Why Ipsos?At Ipsos, you'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
