The business is in sound financial shape, run by astute directors with proven experience and aptitude in navigating all parts of the economic cycle. They operate a small yet efficient team and pride themselves on shaping a down-to-earth team culture with a complete solutions-driven client ethic.

They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $60M+ project commencing in the new year.

Key Responsibilities: Managing consentsManaging minor variationsManaging amendmentsClosing out of building consentsSite QS – site measurementsMonitoring of RC and LUC The key background for this role is: Intermediate level QS experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience on $30M commercial projectsA strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systemsSome knowledge of the development processAn interest in learning the paperwork side and understanding RC/LUC and BC processesStrong administrative skills in sharing documentation, specifications, and controlling plan revisionsExcellent written and oral communication skills Remuneration: $100K - $120K + vehicle
