Senior Project Administrator

This is a successful main contractor that has proven experience delivering multi-residential projects and hotels across NZ. The business is in sound financial shape, run by astute directors with proven experience and aptitude in navigating all parts of the economic cycle. They operate a small yet efficient team and pride themselves on shaping a down-to-earth team culture with a complete solutions-driven client ethic.They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $60M+ project commencing in the new year.Key Responsibilities:Managing consentsManaging minor variationsManaging amendmentsClosing out of building consentsSite QS – site measurementsMonitoring of RC and LUCThe key background for this role is:Intermediate level QS experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience on $30M commercial projectsA strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systemsSome knowledge of the development processAn interest in learning the paperwork side and understanding RC/LUC and BC processesStrong administrative skills in sharing documentation, specifications, and controlling plan revisionsExcellent written and oral communication skillsRemuneration: $100K - $120K + vehicleFor further information, please call Matt on 0275544064 or send your resume to ******
