The business is in sound financial shape, run by astute directors with proven experience and aptitude in navigating all parts of the economic cycle.
They run a small yet efficient team and pride themselves on shaping a down-to-earth team culture with a complete solutions-driven client ethic.
They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $30M+ project commencing in the new year.
Key Responsibilities:Managing consentsManaging minor variationsManaging amendmentsClosing out of building consentsSite QS – site measurementsMonitoring of RC and LUCThe key background for this role is:Intermediate level QS experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience on $30M commercial projectsA strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systemsSome knowledge and understanding of the development processAn interest to learn the paperwork side and learn RC / LUC and BC processesStrong with admin sharing documentation, specifications, controlling plan revisionsExcellent communicator both written and oralRemuneration: $100K- $120K + vehicle
