The Senior Programme Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation across a large programme of work across NZQA.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across the programme.
Assist in the development of programme schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor and track programme progress and financials, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
Communicate regularly with programme participants and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Desirable:
A Project Management qualification.
Experience within an IS project environment.
